STOP UGLY NEW BUILDINGS! MAKE YOUR VIEWS HEARD! STOP UGLY NEW BUILDINGS! MAKE YOUR VIEWS HEARD!

For the last nine months a group has been trialling a poll designed to find out what people who live in Bristol think about the design of residential building developments in our city. We show images of very tall, mid-rise and low-rise buildings.

We would like to be able to show Bristol City Council planners what Bristolians like and want in their city. Do we want high rise? Do we prefer mid rise? The poll is being sent to community groups across the city.

We have been careful to weigh the questions evenly, so that if Bristol’s citizens are in fact highly enthusiastic about high-rises, the poll will show that. We are also collecting information about where our respondents live, how old they are, what ethnicity, to try to minimise bias.

The poll takes about seven minutes. Feel free to share it with your friends and colleagues. Go to this webpage:

Celebrating Barton Heat's Manifesto: A Commitment Celebrating Barton Heat's Manifesto: A Commitment to our Community
At Baggator, we're excited to share Barton Heat's powerful manifesto and our dedication to the Barton Hill Estate.
"To give back to Barton Hill Estate, we will support you by fighting fuel poverty, collectively tackling the cost-of-living crisis, and confronting climate change"
Here's why this matters:
Fuel poverty is a real challenge: Many families struggle with rising energy costs. Barton Heat's initiative brings hope for affordable warmth.
United against the cost-of-living: Working together, we can find solutions to ease the financial strain on our community.
Climate action starts at home: Sustainable energy initiatives secure a greener future for Barton Hill.
Let's use our resources to make a difference!
Day 4 of information about our new project, Barton Day 4 of information about our new project, Barton Heat!

What differences are you going to make?
We aim to help the residents of Barton Hill save money on bills and reduce the financial burden of the cost-of-living crisis. We plan to do this by implementing sustainable energy practices in the estate. This will benefit both the environment and the future of our children.
